Thanks for taking the time to post on the forums in regard to the return of your equipment and the correspondence received.
We’re sorry, there's currently a delay with orders being dispatched and returns processed. When did you return the equipment to us? Did you keep the receipt as proof it had been sent?
Depending on this date, it may be the equipment has been received but due to the issue and delays it may not have been processed yet with the correspondence in regard to this being automated.

Hi Robert, the equipment was received on the 03/12 delivered by Yodel.I have receipt and screenshots of the parcel tracking which shows return completed, it’s the taking of £220 I’m a bit concerned about. Thanks for your response Bill S

Thanks for coming back to us on this one. Once a return is received, it can take up to 14 days to be processed on to the account. You mentioned in your first post that this was received on 3rd December. It may take up to the 17th December before the change will be reflected on the account.
If you've not had confirmation of the return being processed by then, pop back to us here and we can help further. For now, please ensure you keep the receipt and tracking number safe incase this is needed.

Can anyone help me please just received another email and text to say only partial order received which is strange as all equipment returned in the same box. 3x stream devices, 1x router, 3x remote controls and all the hdmi cables supplied. It only lists the stream devices and the router on the list. This has been going on for a while now it’s getting a bit out of hand. Everything received by Virgin on 03/12/24 in one package. Thx
