just joined & no account number

not recieved account number as of yet.had contract email

    Are you seeking support in signing up for My VM? 👉 virg.in/myVM

    You will need your account number to do this, which you can find on your first bill or contract information when you receive it. Please do be aware - you may need to wait for your services to be installed and activated before you can get access to My VM. (This is because you don't have a live account for My VM to be linked to until you have active services.)
