I've charged for a returned item
I've charged £90 for a nonreturned item despite contacting Virginmedia to explain that I had returned it. I have the posting receipt and tracking proof that the item had been received.
The Virginmedia operator agreed that it had been returned and that on approval of her supervisor the current bill would be rectified. It has been over 10 days and this month's uncorrected bill has been taken from my account.
Could someone from Virginmedia look into this and assure me that I will receive a refund.
