I've returned my Router but VM is sending texts threatening charges
I've received and activated a new router. I have confirmation from Yodel that the old router has been returned to Virgin Media but now I've received a text from Virgin Media saying I will be charged if I don't return the old router soon. I can't reply to the text so where do I go from here?
