Issues following contract renewal
Hello,
I recently renewed my contract and I’m experiencing a couple of issues.
Firstly, the final contract I received states my monthly charges are £0.00. I’d like to have the correct contract issued, matching what I actually agreed to, so there are no surprises later.
Also, despite having agreed to maintaining the same exact services, some of the kids channels have now been blocked.
I'm hoping one of the team members can help me rectify these small issues.
