Issue with payment
Trying to pay a bill for my broadband but my card changed so I’ve put in a new card, when going through the process it needs to go back to my bank to verify, but the box on your website/app isn’t big enough for the Halifax popup so I cannot ever press the confirm button. Been the same for over a week & now my broadband has been cut off.
