Issue with payment

Trying to pay a bill for my broadband but my card changed so I’ve put in a new card, when going through the process it needs to go back to my bank to verify, but the box on your website/app isn’t big enough for the Halifax popup so I cannot ever press the confirm button. Been the same for over a week & now my broadband has been cut off.

    Have you tried via a browser instead of using the app?

      I did, chrome & safari, didn’t help so definitely an issue with the VM available window space, I used a different card in the end and will set up a direct debit to save it happening again.

    Have you tried via the browser as mentioned, or can you try to rotate your device so it becomes landscape as this might also help?

      The website on both chrome and safari are the same as those app screenshots, changing orientation made it worse on browser and no different on app.
      I ended up using a different card and it didn’t need verification so bypassed it for now.

        Glad to hear this worked, can we just check what type of card wasn't working before? Was it a credit, debit, master card etc?

        Is this a card which was used before to make a payment with us?
