Is your memorable word, you telephone password?
As the title says, I've looked through all the settings and cannot find memorable word referenced anywhere but there is a telephone password, is that what's being used as the memorable word?

Yes that's correct. If you're unsure what your memorable word is, you can reset this online. Please log into your online My Virgin Media account here and follow these steps: Login > Account Settings > Identity and Security settings > Manage your Products > Telephone Password.
