Included Netflix

On 11 November I took out a new broadband contract which has “included Netflix”. I have received the new contract via email but Nothing in relation to how to access or activate Netflix.

Can anyone please advise me as to how to proceed?

  • That is what I expected but I have not had such an email.  I have checked all mail boxes.

    I already have a Netflix account with Gmail and I understand that I can transfer my profile.

    But NO, nothing received thus far.

    Thanks for posting in regards to your new package and the Netflix issue, we appreciate you raising this with us via the forums.

     

    When the new package was accepted, you should have received some email, one of these would be the Netflix Activation email containing a link. Once clicked and the steps followed access should be granted. Do you recall or can you check over the emails to see if this one was received?
