Inappropriate Volt Label

Hi,

I was wondering if this is normal to have Volt sign showing on this tile in the app even if the package is not Volt at all?

I did not buy Volt and there are no O2 contracts registered at our address.

    Thanks for posting, and sorry for any confusion over your new package. 

    It does state at the top that the package is M500 broadband, have you received your contract yet? What does this show?

      Thanks for getting back!

      The contract does not mention Volt, just M500 Broadband.

      My theory is it’s an error and any mention of Volt should be removed from the app. If it remains, it might prevent me from automatic speed upgrade when I eventually get the O2 Sim, as it will be assumed that Volt already been applied before.

      It would be great if it was rectified!
