Impossible to renew contract
I've been trying to get a new broadband contract since June, every time an agent tries to get new deal for me, they all say there is a technical error in my account, they log an IT ticket and then nothing gets fixed. In June as a temporary resolution I got a deal of £35 per month and when I was trying to finally get the final deal in August, the error was there again and I was charged £66 which is unacceptable because it's not my fault I didn't get a new contract!! I would really want to stay with virgin but this is starting to get really unbearable, every time I chat with them, I waste over an hour of my time and get no resolution. I think I should get some money back for the ridiculous August bill because I paid so much because of their technical issue!!
Has anyone else had the same issue and maybe got a satisfactory resolution?
