Impossible to renew contract

Had to log on to check my service status, as I've got broadband problems at the moment. The landing page tells me I need to renew my contract (I've not had any notification of this). When I click in the link, it takes me to a "Ready to renew?" page, I click on the only option available - "Sign in now", and I get 

Oops!
Looks like something's gone wrong.
We couldn't find the page you're looking for.

    Sorry to hear you're having issues with your services at this time and haven't been able to check the service status page. 

    I can see at our side that there is a signalling issue in your area, known as an SNR. These can cause intermittent issues with the service. 

    So you're able to check the service status page, can you confirm do you get the same error when using another device or browser?

      You've mis-read my message; it's not the service status page that won't load, it's the "Ready to renew" page when trying to renew my contract. Same problem on a different PC, network, and browser

        Hi Eunosdriver, 

        Thanks for coming back and confirming that. This can sometimes happen if you have a particular discount on your account. 

        You can speak to the team to do a package review and renew your contract by speaking to them on 150 / 0345 454 1111. You can also Whatsapp us on 07305327112. Replies aren't instant and can take a few hours so feel free to carry on with anything you need to.
