IDF-12B Issue.

Hi ive been locked out of everything, my VM, TV apps. And just get this error. I've tried everything suggested, even another device, even though I'm on the device I always use. I have no VPN. 

Can you please help with this

      Hi Alex_Rm, No never been asked to set one up. If I try to log in to any of the sites as the info suggests,in order to set one up. It just gives me the same error.
