This system is insane. I get a request (with no notification sent to my own email address) that has to be replied to in 5 minutes or less for various characters from… what, it’s not said. My virgin password? My o2 password? The seventh king of England’s pet name for his donkey? Upon asking what I need to provide letters from I’m told it’s my telephone memorable word (which I don’t know) but even if I did, the response I got back was 8 minutes later so outside the allotted 5 minute window. Here’s a tip… don’t come up with stupidly short time windows that you yourselves can’t even stick to😡 I’m furious. I’d cancel my account but I can’t even log in to do that!
