I would like to be the Primary Account Holder
My wife and I have been Customers of VM and its predecessors for 26 years, foolishly at the time we thought we should share Bills between the two of us, I did not realise that for the next 20 years, that while I am the Primary Contact and have been for the entire life of the contract,I have managed the Broadband in our household I am not the Primary Account Holder ( I am the Primary Contact and it is my E mail address and my Mobile number, each time I am asked for my wifes permission to change contract details. As she works in the Ministry of Justice and cannot be contacted during the day it is very frustrating to be asked to try and pass the Phone to her in Court!!!
Can VM change the Primary Account Holders name, what is required? if my Wife Contacts you can this be done?
The form for a Name change appears to only cover Marriage Certificates ( we have been Married for 26 Years) or changes of ownership or changes of Gender, but not the Simple need to be the person who runs the Account
The Bill is paid from our Joint account and as a married couple we are Jointly and severally liable for debits incurred
