I have been unable to access My Virgin Media.
I cannot access my account. When I attempt to login, the email address defaults to my blueyonder account. I have been unable to access my blueyonder account for over 12 months, when Virgin no longer allowed me access. That is a separate issue in itself. I had to create a new email address with hotmail.
The issue is, how will Virgin allow me access to my own account. Frustration is the polite way to tell you how this makes me feel. Time and time again Virgin seem determined to wind their customers up whenever they want access to your services.
Please help me to rectify this issue.
