I cannot switch to eBilling

I also cannot switch to eBilling. Can I get help to sort this out please?

  • I also have the same issue. I never asked for paper billing and I did not have paper billing on my previous account and to add insult , Virgin have the nerve to charge me extra for a paper bill I did not ask for ! How do I switch to paperless ?

      Sorry to hear you are having issues with paper billing. We can understand the frustration caused and want to best help. Have you tried switching to e-billing as seen here You can make this change in your online account Please let us know if you are having issues with this and we will do our best to help from here.

        Hello, yes I have tried the above. Followed all the advice and no matter what I try , the website does not give me the option to sign up to ebilling
