I am so frustrated about trying to speak to someone

I am trying to speak to someone on the 0345 454 1111 number. The menu doesn't respond to option 4 anywhere on the system. I just can't get to speak to someone. I try to log in to my account, but the verification email never gets to me!! How DO you get to speak to an agent?

    They don't like talking to their customers. You just have to work through the bots. 

    If it's not a private contract issue, you could try posting it here for advice.
