How to retrieve and change a forgotten password from email NTLworld.com

I have forgotten my password for the email account ending with NTLworld.com. I have tried to change, repair, amend the password etc to no avail. I cannot access my calendar or emails due to an upgrade in Microsoft Outlook. I have spoken to Microsoft and they direct me to NTLworld.com.

I have tried to contacting them through Virgin site, but it does not recognise my email address.

I have tried to do a system restore, but the PC will not allow it.

Can anyone assist with this problem please as I am going round in circles and not getting anywhere.
