How do you speak to a Virgin manager? Have been told on 4 occasions, one will call me - NO-ONE HAS!

Over a period of a couple of months I have had to call Virgin many, many, many times about the incorrect contract they've issued me, which has led to incorrect billing, me calling them back to chase up reimbursement of the incorrect billing, and compensation. And throughout this time, when I've asked to speak to a manager, I've been told they can't put me through BUT a manager will call me back in the next 72 hours - guess what? NO-ONE HAS EVER CALLED ME BACK!!!!

Virgin Customer Service - non existent.
