Customer services managers not responding to complaint on two occasions despite assurances
Various issues ranging from VM losing phone number on transfer despite sign up assurances to contrary to late set up with no compensation, to awful customer service with staff not phoning back, system not registering original complaint and then Customer Service manager not responding to me in connection with registered complaint as promised by staff…….. and the My Cases dashboard to track the complaint is not showing.
