How do I speak to Virgin?
I’m having same problem. I’ve tried calling and the machine keeps hanging up after I go through 5 mins of options. Chat doesn’t work online either. How am I meant to speak to a person?

I just dialled 150 from my landline, pressed the option for "thinking of leaving us", and got through to an offshore department. I did phone a few times though and had different experiences. Some staff were more professional and spoke English better than others.
I found calling earlier in the day was better for me as that's when I finally got through to someone more professional.
I accepted a new package eventually but I was fully prepared to cancel if the price wasn't right for me.
