We can certainly look into amending so that future bill would be VAT bills.
But we wouldn't be able to provide previously bill as VAT copies.
Is that something you would like assistance with?

Seems to be an issue with Virgin media and issuing VAT receipts this year going by this thread.
I too have previously been receiving VAT receipts through the post but these seemingly have stopped this year for some reason.
Please can I be issued the VAT receipt for Jan 2023 and ensure they are set back up for me to receive them going forward? It would be a lot easier if you just allowed us to download electronic copies of them.

Can I join the "Me too" brigade. Was happily receiving VAT invoices last year, then these stopped from and I haven't received any for my December 2022 or January 2023 bill. How can I get them reinstated going forward and re-issued for those that haven't been sent?

The chap on the phone seemed to be struggling with the difference between a VAT receipt -- the single-page document that has been sent to me by post for the last several years -- and the actual bill, which isn't sent out but is made available online. I still need to receive the VAT receipts, and they seem to have stopped being sent; the last one I have here is dated 1st December (with a tax point of 17th November). So I need the ones that would have been dated 1st Jan and 1st Feb, and for them to be re-enabled from here on in.
