Horrible support
I have tried twice now to upgrade my internet package to include tv. The first time I got 3 different prices from 3 different advisors and gave up. I just tried again and got a quote 50% above the introductory pricing.
when I asked why I couldn’t get the intro package they just removed all the channels and extras like Netflix that I asked for and gave me a quote which was still more expensive.
a friend of mines has just had his sports channels disappear and when he phone up they said the connection looks fine and hung up on him.
I haven’t ever experienced support quite this bad before… the incompetence is unreal! Has anyone else experienced this?
they won’t even let me give them more money! As soon as open reach bring fibre to the premises to my area I’m switching to sky.
