help with renewal

I am trying to renew but remove some services, I have tried using the online chat to do this but the only option the agent gave me was a price higher than my out of contract price as they were adding on multiple products I didn't ask for and they said they couldn't give me a price for what I asked.  This feels a bit like miss-selling to me.  I tried calling customer services as well but the experience wasn't great either.    Is anyone able to help me?  my requirements are really quite simple

    Sorry to hear of this. We don't do package changes via the community, so you'd either need to call the team on 150 / 0345 454 1111 option 4.

      No problem John thanks.  I tried the Whasapp and was all sorted in 10 mins, great service.
