Help with login
I am going round in circles. I can login to my VMO2 thingy. But that only shows details about my mobile.
I am trying to login to my virgin media email/billing account. Its asking me to link my accounts (which I thought I had already done) but to do it I need my account number to start with. I need to access my account to find my account number.
I have no idea why they are making it so difficult now.
any help (preferably simple) would be great thanks.
PS I am on my desktop not an app.
All sorted and I think Im a moron, cause with the IT lady on the phone she told me to try logging in and let her know what it said. I tried and succeeded immediately. I must have been doing something wrong to start with.
