Help with login

I am going round in circles.  I can login to my VMO2 thingy.  But that only shows details about my mobile.

I am trying to login to my virgin media email/billing account.  Its asking me to link my accounts (which I thought I had already done) but to do it I need my account number to start with.  I need to access my account to find my account number.

I have no idea why they are making it so difficult now.  

any help (preferably simple) would be great thanks.

PS I am on my desktop not an app.

  • All sorted and I think Im a moron, cause with the IT lady on the phone she told me to try logging in and let her know what it said. I tried and succeeded immediately.  I must have been doing something wrong to start with.

    Welcome back to the Community Forums. 
    Sorry to hear of your concerns when trying to link your Virgin Media O2 ID. 

    Agents aren't able to advise of a customers account number when contacting, but your account number would be located on some of our communications we send, including one's regarding your contract. These emails come from either noreply@virginmedia.co.uk or webteam@virginmedia.co.uk. If you search for any emails from us in your mailbox, then you may find your account number and area code/site ID mentioned in them. 
    Keep us posted with how you get on and we'll look to assist in any way we can from our side.

      Thanks but any emails I have from them are in my virgin media account that I cant access.  I found my most recent contract in PDF but there is no account number on it and Ive triple checked.

      I actually found my account number in a 5yr old message on this site, but it mustve changed when I moved house 4 yrs ago cause the login isnt recognising it.

      Im absolutely stumped and have no idea what to do next. Obviously I want to be able to access my bills etc.

      I dont have any paper bills or info. Im kicking myself now for throwing out the last letter I got from them.

      Its all a bit frustrating cause Im almost certain I did link them already and I have no problem logging into the 02 site.

      Wee update, I ended up phoning them and now I have to wait for an IT guy to call me.

      The problem is that I still have my NTL email at Virgin and I think my VM02  is my hotmail address.

      But when I tried to switch it over, they sent the email confirmation to the virgin one that I cant access.

      Thanks for responding Carley , fingers crossed the IT person can sort it all out.
