Help. Netflix

Just tried logging into Netflix and had to reset password. Now saying I need to subscribe and it's all I'm Portuguese! Spoken to netflix and confirmed that it's got another email on the account and told me to go to VM account to get a netflix account recovery code. Checked everywhere and nothing on there and found a link to verify but says I don't have netflix through VM but it's included in my package . Going round in circles so appreciate any help to get my account back

    I'm sorry to hear that there's an issue with the language through Netflix, how strange!

    I am having the same problem. Netflix can't help as they can't get the verification code and we can't find how you get this code. Also the email on our account is now a random @jhsas.com account so can't even get details sent by email. Feel like we are going round in circles.
