Help for renewing my contract

Hello,

My daughter messaged a few days ago as I am having problems renewing my contract. I can't manage to call centre, it's very confusing and stressful. I'm not sure what details I can share here.

  • The app has changed since I last used it, and I can't see my details, and my monthly rate has gone up unexpectedly already, I don't want to call the help line as last year when I did, I was on the phone for hours and passed between people who tried to sell me things I didn't want or need, it was incredibly stressful
