Help - no internet despite payment

I have made a payment of 70 pounds and it has been almost 30 minutes yet my internet still is not restored. Interestingly when I check my account it says it is over 50 Pounds in credit yet my services were cut off..? This is so confusing… Can you please help me?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. It can take from 3 hours to a maximum of 24 hours to be unrestricted. As there is some confusion over the balance, I'll send you a PM now to help with that.

    As this is a Community Forum, and not a direct line to VM as such, it will take a day or two for a VM Mod to pick this up.  If you need is urgent, it would be best to phone Customer Services directly.
