Having trouble with memorable word

Every time I talk to customer service they keep asking Me for it so frustrating at times

    Your password is the primary means by which VM CS agents verify your identity as the account holder, I'd be frankly pretty worried if they weren't asking for it when you call.

    You can verify your identity using alternative security questions, and/or change your password to something more memorable, if you'd prefer.

      The girl who l first spoke to she did ask me for it then kind of confused herself with it whatever it was and looked on screen and said it's that one so whatever it was I told them she said it was that so she kind of worked it out

If you have a few different ones, or need to update the thread then just reply to your original thread rather than creating a new one. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
