Have netflix but being asked for payment why? Already rang Virgin last week but not resolved.

Have Netflix with Virgin but am being asked for payment details why? Can't seem to find number to ring now. Rang last week and was told it would be sorted. Not so.

    Call: 150 (free of charge) from a Virgin Media landline or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
