Great Live Chat Service

Hi all

Do Virgin have a specific compliments page or email...?   

I just wanted to record my thanks for the agent who dealt with my recently expired contract renewal. I had a fantastic live chat service from John Vincent - patient, polite, and very helpful

I was considering trying a different service provider, but after the great experience provided by John, I'm staying...!!

I think it is important to give positive feedback and praise to people who deserve it and to make sure the Company know they have made a difference to customers

  • I am glad you got good service. I just had to disconnect as the person I was on the Live Chat with appeared unable to understand what I was saying.

  • Well done on taking the time and trouble to share the nice feedback. The VM forum team does often pass it on. 

  • Could the VM forum team also pass on that issues with tenses in the English language can be very misleading. I was told in one Live Chat that "after you reset the password of your account and you just have to wait for the 60 minutes and the account will be updated". I queried that and asked if what was meant was to wait 60 minutes before attempting a password reset, and was told yes "wait for the 60 minutes and then you will be able to reset the password". I am sure I am not the only person that would find that difficult to parse. Either that, or I got bad advice... Hopefully not. My experience across 4 Live Chats has not been that positive, but hopefully got there in the end (actually, one was really good, to be fair).
