Hi I am on vm 360 box and watch great tv a lot however I have programmes listed for today and tomorrow but then for Thursday a n d Friday it says to be announced and again for next week but there are programmes listed for the weekend.
Does anyone else have this issue all my other channels are okay

My V6 shows listings for Ch424, 425 & 426 all the way through into next week.
I've checked channels 424,425 and 426 on my 360 and the channels are fully populated in the EPG, however the EPG for channel 170 (Great TV) isn't populated with programs for Thursday 16th, Friday 17th and Thursday 23rd.
SallyRead When the VM EPG differs from the website of the broadcaster's published schedule for these programmes as it does in this case, you should email tivoguideerrors@virginmedia.co.uk Although they don't usually reply to the emails they will update the EPG with the correct info/metadata.
Thank you for the reply I have just sent an email to them so I will see if my channel gets updated for Thursday and Friday this week it did update next week so I can set my recordings so if it does notched solved I will miss episodes of te ok programmes but hey hi not a lot one can do
You need to make sure your 360 is set to fast start or active start and not switched off at the plug to make sure it receives all the TV guide updates and any updates to the box.
