Good deal or can I get better ?

Question

Currently paying £33 for 125M BB , I got a flex stream in the middle of the year which at the time was £0 . I've just renewed for another 18 months for £30 for 125M BB but after multiple attempts with the online chat £30 is the best I could get them down to, shall I try and give them a call see if I can do any better with the £ or speed .

If yiou have already renewed the contract as yoy say, then they are not going to renegotiate.

Yup it's a bit late in the day now. An option is the 14 day cooling off period and using this as leverage. Also look into Vaulting your speed to M250. https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-o2&nbsp;
