Gobbledegook on contract
Just signed up for broadband and the contract says
SVOD Netflix Enrolment DECLINE OZARK (SV
What on earth does that mean? I was neither offered nor interested in Netflix.

Now usually VM customers get a gobbledegook reply only when making a formal complaint. So excellent, you’ve managed to get one from the get-go!
Anyway, I’m going to hazard a guess, some VM contracts now include Netflix if you include a TV provision. I’m going to suggest that this means that you aren’t entitled to have Netflix included as part of your package for whatever reason.
The weird message should simply have been suppressed but nobody has ever claimed VM have the most, shall we say, competent systems?
