getting onto website
Please can someone help me. I need to log into my Vigin account my main address s a ntl world one. It seems to want me to re register when i put in this address it doesnt ask for a password as it used to. I dont know what to do.

Are you being asked to create a VMO2 ID as explained below?

If you have set up a VMO2 ID and are being asked for a passkey which you haven't set up then select cancel, then Sign in another way, you will then be able to use your password.

I have managed to set up my new way into my account so now have another connected email address. Just hope i can get in in future. Thank you all for your help.
They want everyone to have a non VM email address so that they can still contact you if/when the VM mail is discontinued.
