Free Netflix

I upgraded to a package with free netflix early November. Despite numerous calls to customer services. I still do not have the Netflix link. It has been referred at least twice to IT with a 10 working day turnaround & still no fix. I have raised an official complaint & still getting nowhere. Can anyone help with this?

    Do you recall the name of the form filled?

    How long have you been waiting?

    Have you spoken to an agent over the phone regarding this?🙂

  • I didn't fill a form in it was an offer over the phone from Virgin Media.

    I have been waiting since mid November

    I have spoken numerous times to an agent.
