Free Netflix

Hi. I've been a VM customer for a number of years now and recently renewed my contract to bring the price back down. Just after this I saw that you can now get free Netflix. The pages I've seen on the website clearly state you get free Netflix with ALL tv packages. Went on a chat session last night to enquire and all I was told was I needed to upgrade my package to one that includes free Netflix. As I do have a TV package and broadband I'm unsure as to why I'm being told I need to upgrade.

Has anyone got any ideas on this or is it sneaky advertising as to me ALL packages means all

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the community. 

    We're very sorry for any frustration with Netflix not being part of your package. 

    To have the free Netflix service it would need to take put on at the point of renewal so it is built into the package.
