Free 50inch TV arrived broken

I signed up to Virgin and got the free 50 inch 4k TV offer. The TV arrived on the 15th October with a hole in the box (I have Ring Doorbell images to verify this). So I unboxed the TV to inspect it front of tv looked fine no apparent damage so I set the TV up and turned it on only to find that it was completely shattered on the inside and unusable. So i called 150 that night and was on the phone for around 1 hour with customer services and was told i would get new TV 5-77 days later. 3 weeks went by, no TV appearing. Caled 150 again this was 5th November got told that it would be sorted 2 to 3 days time. It wasn't but on the 6thNovember i got an email from rewardexceptions@virginmedia.co.uk stating that they wanted various photos of the TV and serial numbers which i provided to them, no response ever came back. I then contacted Virgin by web chat on their website 14th November, it got escalated and I received a phone call telling me i had to contact Toshiba at it was not Virgins problem basically. I called Toshiba they said it was nothing to do with them (which is what I thought the response would be) and to call Virgin back. I then contacted virgin again 24th November and they person i was talking to said it would get resolved and I would hear something within 72 hours and that I would get new TV and I was to give broken one back to delivery driver. Still nothing a week later. I am starting to get really annonyed now after weeks of having the complete mickey taken out of me and I am seriously thinking of cancelling my services.
