when i purchased my bundle it included a free 50 inch tv but i havent received this.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with not receiving a free gift with your offer.
How long ago was your installation? It can take up to 55 days after your installation date to receive any hardware gift.
Hardware gifts are subject to availability, so if the hardware is not available/out of stock, then there is usually a credit amount that is applied instead. Hi. Thanks for the message. Install was12th September.
