fraudulently created a new contract
I am writing to raise a serious concern about a Virgin Media account (Account Number: [REMOVED]) that was fraudulently created at my address. This connection was never installed, and I never requested or accepted any new contract with Virgin Media.
Previously, I had a service with Virgin Media under Account Number [REMOVED] at a different address, which I cancelled after discovering unjustified charges for shifting the connection and a sudden increase in my bill. I made multiple calls at that time to cancel the service, but unfortunately, I was not heard, and instead, a new contract was created without my consent.
Now, I'm receiving bills for a service I never used and didn't agree to. To make matters worse, this issue has now affected my credit score, as my details have been shared with credit reference agencies without justification or verification. Even the new connection was never installed at my new address.
