First bill credit not applied
Hello,
I have received my first bill from Virgin Media and it has not included my £50 bill credit from signing up. I had a phone call on Thursday 10/04 to try and resolve the issue and the man on the phone said I should receive an email in a few days (which I never received) and that my bill would also be updated to reflect the credit.
Fast forward to today I have just received an email warning me I have a £7.50 late payment fee even though I was told on the phone I would not need to pay until I receive this mysterious email. Please could somebody help me?
