First bill credit not applied
I was supposed to have a £50 credit applied to my first bill which was confirmed on the phone by the lady that set the whole order up, it has not shown on my bill, I have called 08000643843 where i was put through to the billing department and was asked to email Joshua Chiverton to show the email I received offering the £50 credit but have not had a reply and the bill is still showing as £89 instead of £39, any other ideas how I can get this resolved??
