Failed direct debit

My VM direct debit due today 17/11 somehow failed to be taken (not sure why, there's money in my account, dd went out last month with no issue)

What do I need to do in order to avoid late fee ? Will Virgin try to take the dd again later today ?

    I'm fine now, got help on Whatsapp, per 1 of your previous replies.
