Extending disconnection date

Hi,
I have recently submitted cancellation to go with another provider. 
I would like to extend my cancellation date up until the date the new services are due to go live. 
Can someone help facilitate this please,

    It would be good to know if you are leaving as part of a one-touch-switch directly with another provider - if so, you will need to speak to your new provider as we can't change any details of a one-touch-switch order.
