Extending disconnection date

Hello, 

I've recently decided to leave Virgin after having constant trouble with our broadband speed. My disconnection date is sooner than I anticipated, is it possible to have this extended so I'm not without broadband entirely for a few weeks?

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back, it has been a while, hope you have kept well, we are sorry to hear you are leaving due to issues with your Broadband speed, are you leaving via a OTS (one time switch and arranged for the other company to provide your new services?

      Hi Paul, 

      No I'm not leaving via a OTS, I have a new provider installing us on the 20/2/25 all being well. The current disconnection date from virgin is the 15/2/25 so would ideally like it extending as I work from home.
