Estimated Activation Date passed a few days ago

I upgraded to a new contract a week ago.

I received the pre-contract documents and an order confirmation email.

The estimated activation date in the order confirmation email was 02 April 24.

Now it's 05 April 24 and still have not been upgraded and I'm still being billed the old price.
