Error message when I try to see my bill online or on the App

Recently, when I try to see my bill in both my online account and using the App, I get the message --

"Something's not quite right,  We've found a problem.  Please try again"..

I 've tried a number of times, but always get the same message.

This seems to be a Virgin fault - can it be corrected please.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems viewing the bills to your online account. I'm going to send you a private message, so we can look into this further for you.

    Please look out for it in the top-right, white envelope or by tapping your profile picture and then "Messages".

      Sorry, but I can't see a private message from Reece_MH.  There's only one message and it's a welcome message from the forum team.
