Error 403 when trying to log in to virgin media

I've been trying to access my emails since Friday, when it last let me log in.

Tried on my ASUS laptop running windows and my android.

Tried web browsers Opera, MS Edge, and Google Chrome. Pop ups are allowed.

Tried InPrivate browsers.

I can't even get to the page to enter my login and password for my account.

It comes up with this message every time:

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is a5454f33-463b-43d9-a639-ddcb9014c764

Error 403 - Forbidden

F5 site: pa4-par"

Essentially, I seem to have the same problem as mattcanada Virgin media and 02 logins not working...! | Virgin Media Community - 5669692

    Which windows is your laptop running?

    Does it work on mobile data or the same message?

      Hi Matthew_ML,

      Thank you for your welcome and for getting back to me.

      Windows 11, no change since before when it last let me log in.

      Mobile data, WiFi and wired connection produce the same result.

  • No, I've never had services using this email address. I was in primary school when my parents set it up for me. There have been services at the addresses I lived at. I might have been an additional contact on an account at my more recent address but have never been the main account holder.
