Virgin media and 02 logins not working...!

I've been trying to access my ntlworld email since friday and keep getting the below. That happens on all devices, different computers and phones and different browsers:

I also tried to log in to my O2 app and have the same error message. Can you help?

    What browser are these all using, also are pops allowed?

    When was the last time it allowed you to login?

      Hi Matthew! Thanks for your help. Yes pop ups are allowed. I’ve tried on safari and on Microsoft edge. I was able to login on Friday but since then I get the above error message.

        Have you tried an Incognito or InPrivate browser window?

  • I am having the exact same problem, so would be grateful to know the solution. Pop ups are allowed, tried on Opera and Microsoft Edge and InPrivate browser window.

        Hello Gareth, thank you for responding to me. It's happening on my ASUS laptop running windows and android phone. It won't let me log in to my Virgin Media account, so i can't even do the email password reset.

      Thank you for that information mattcanada. Can you confirm if any of these have been tried on a Wired internet connection?

        Hi Martin - yes, I have the same issue on a wired internet connection.

  • To add, I have O2 and am having the exact same issues. I can't login to that either... It wont even get to the page where i can put in my login details without the error message above happening

        I have the exact same message!
        Is is something to do with trying to log in from Canada? I noticed you userid is mattCANADA!

        I'm from the UK but currently living in Canada. I keep an o2 SIM for when I go back; as I go back quite often.
        No matter what I do, I can't log in from any of my devices, be it ipad, desktop, phone etc.

        HELP!!! I need to log in so I can top up!!

        Also, can you PLEASE make the O2 Android/iPhone app accessible from outside of the UK. It won't even let me install it from the store!
